1. The principle and characteristics of light-curing 3D printing technology

Light-curing 3D printing technology is a printing technology based on photosensitive resin as raw material, which is irradiated layer by layer by laser beam to polymerize the photosensitive resin to generate three-dimensional solids. Compared with other 3D printing technologies, light-curing 3D printing technology has the characteristics of high precision, high speed and high resolution.

2.Applications of 6 high-performance materials

(1)Polylactic acid (PLA) 😛 LA is a biodegradable material with good environmental performance and processability. It can be used in the manufacture of tableware, packaging materials, textiles, and other fields, as well as in the medical and construction fields.

(2)Photosensitive resin: Photosensitive resin is a polymer material with excellent mechanical properties, chemical stability and transparency. It is widely used in aerospace, automobile manufacturing, medical devices and other fields, such as manufacturing aircraft parts, medical devices and contact lenses.

(3)Nylon (PA):P A is an engineering plastic with excellent mechanical properties, wear resistance and corrosion resistance. It is widely used in automobile manufacturing, electronic appliances, petrochemical and other fields, such as manufacturing auto parts, electrical components and piping systems.

(4)Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) 😛 TFE is a polymer material with excellent corrosion resistance, wear resistance and low coefficient of friction. It is widely used in chemical, pharmaceutical, food and other fields, such as manufacturing valves, piping systems, filters, etc.

(5)Polyimide (PI):P I is a high-performance engineering plastic with excellent high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance and electrical insulation properties. It is widely used in aerospace, automobile manufacturing, electronic appliances and other fields, such as the manufacture of aircraft parts, wire insulation and electronic components.

(6)Carbon Fiber Reinforced Composite (CFRP): CFRP is a composite material composed of carbon fiber and resin, which has excellent mechanical properties and lightweight characteristics. It is widely used in aerospace, automobile manufacturing and other fields, such as manufacturing aircraft parts and automobile bodies.
